Job Description
Founded by Dutch solar engineers in 2006, Kamworks is one of Cambodia’s leading solar PV companies, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions. We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and motivated Electrical Engineer Consultant to strengthen our team and help enhance the technical expertise and efficiency of our solar PV design team for commercial and industrial (C&I) projects.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our solar PV system design processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating current PV system design processes for commercial and industrial (C&I) projects.
- Developing and implementing improvement plans to enhance knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Optimizing documentation and workflow processes.
- Improving procurement strategies.
- Training and mentoring team members to implement best practices.
- Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
